Episode 134: Michelle Seijas - Thriving Chingona

Michelle is a trauma-informed certified coach on a mission to support leaders to value their strengths, grow their confidence, build a clear vision for their life and leadership, and find ease to sustain as a leader for as long as they choose.

With a background of executive coaching, experience consulting, leading as an administrator in K-12 education, and serving as a nonprofit executive, Michelle has navigated what it means to be a leader in various contexts.

Over the decades she has supported numerous leaders with consciously developing a personal vision for leadership, building self-awareness and courage to lead with an equity lens, and growing their sustainability by incorporating nervous system regulation into their routines.
